Supervision details
I am a trainee supervisor seeking supervisees and currently offering free supervision while completing my training.
I am a CBT‑trained therapist and a member of both COSCA and BABCP, with experience supporting children and young people from age 10 through to adults. My clinical work spans mild to moderate anxiety‑based presentations through to trauma, crisis, and complex emotional needs. Over the years, my practice has naturally evolved to include creative and adapted approaches, and I’ve developed therapeutic projects specifically for children, neurodivergent clients, and individuals with additional support needs.
As a trainee supervisor, I bring this same flexibility, curiosity, and care into the supervisory relationship. I view supervision as a developmental journey one that supports not only client work but the supervisee as a person. My aim is to offer a structured, reflective, and encouraging space where practitioners can explore their clinical material, deepen their self‑awareness, strengthen ethical decision‑making, and feel supported in the realities of working with diverse client groups.
Training requirement: I can currently only work with supervisees who also have a qualified supervisor in place. All supervision sessions are free for the duration of my training.
COSCA is the professional body for counselling and psychotherapy in Scotland, and seeks to advance all forms of counselling and psychotherapy and the use of counselling skills by promoting best practice and through the delivery of a range of sustainable services. COSCA Counsellor Accreditation is a pathway to entry onto the UKRC. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
