About me

Welcome. I’m passionate about helping people explore what it means to relate to themselves and others in ways that feel meaningful, sustainable, and true to who they are.

I know reaching out for therapy can feel daunting, especially if you’ve often felt misunderstood or like you didn’t quite fit in spaces meant to support you.

My practice is about creating a space where you’re welcome exactly as you are. You don’t need to explain or justify yourself, find the “right” words, or fit into a mould. Therapy with me is collaborative and flexible, not something you have to perform or get right. We’ll work in a way that honours your pace, communication style, and unique way of being.

My approach
I offer integrative psychotherapy, drawing from different approaches to support you as a whole person: emotionally, physically, and relationally. Therapy is a space to gently make sense of things, reconnect with yourself, and move toward the life and relationships that feel possible for you.

I have particular experience in:
Neurodiversity-affirming therapy: I work with autistic, ADHD, and otherwise neurodivergent adults in ways that support self-understanding, unmasking, and working with (rather than against) your brain. This space isn’t about making you more “acceptable,” but about meeting you as you are.
Therapy that centres communication difference: If talking feels hard or you’ve struggled to feel fully yourself in therapy, we can adapt how we work, whether that means slowing down, working creatively, or finding other ways to connect.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
