About me
Hi, I’m Emma — an accredited Integrative Relational Therapist, and most importantly, a human who understands that being human can be hard at times.
As an integrative and relational therapist, I work by drawing on a range of therapeutic approaches, always grounded in empathy, kindness, and a genuine belief in each client’s strength and potential. This allows me to tailor our work to you as an individual, rather than applying a one-size-fits-all approach.
I work with adults experiencing a range of difficulties, including grief and loss, anger, parenting challenges, and relationship issues. I also support clients with ADHD and those who are struggling with anxiety, overwhelm and low self-esteem. Whether you have a clear reason for seeking therapy or simply feel that you may benefit from giving it a go, you are welcome.
Alongside this, I am an Advanced Pregnancy and Infant Loss Practitioner and support those who have unfortunately experienced miscarriage, stillbirth, neonatal loss and the complex emotions that follow. I also support clients through pregnancy after loss, sometimes referred to as a rainbow pregnancy. This time can bring a mixture of hope, fear and anxiety and I understand the importance of having dedicated support.
In our sessions, we will explore whatever is bringing you to therapy at a pace that feels right for you. Together, we can gently uncover patterns, emotions, and relationships, gaining insight and developing tools to help you navigate life’s challenges. My role is to offer a safe, supportive, and non-judgemental space that encourages growth and empowers you to make changes that feel meaningful and true to who you are. Along the way, we’ll acknowledge your strengths, learn from the difficulties, and work towards the life you want for yourself.
Having been through therapy myself, I understand how important it is to feel heard, understood, and supported — and I also recognise how difficult it can be to take the first step and reach out for help. To support you in deciding whether we might be a good fit, I offer a free 10-minute consultation where we can talk about what you’re looking for and answer any questions you may have.
I’m here to listen to your story with care and without judgement, and to support you in finding clarity, resilience, and a deeper understanding of yourself.
