About me

Hi, I’m a qualified therapist working across Portadown and Armagh and someone who genuinely loves working with people. Alongside my private practice, I’m the full‑time manager of a community and voluntary network organisation, which means I spend my days supporting groups, building connections, and working with a huge variety of individuals from all walks of life. Because of this, I bring not just professional training, but real world understanding of people.

My goal is simple, to offer a warm supportive, and non judgmental space where you can feel safe to talk about whatever’s going on for you.

I use an integrative approach, drawing from person‑centred therapy placing you at the heart of the work, CBT helping you understand and gently challenge unhelpful patterns and a psychodynamic approach exploring deeper roots to help long term change

No two people are the same so your sessions won’t be either. I work at your pace, with your goals, in a way that feels natural and comfortable.

In the past 5 years, I’ve supported over 350 clients, each with their own unique story, challenges, and strengths. I work with individuals aged 16 and over on issues such as: anxiety & depression, stress (work, school, relationships, or all of the above!), low self‑esteem & confidence, grief & loss, family or relationship challenges and addiction & compulsive behaviour.

Whether you're overwhelmed, stuck, or simply need somewhere to talk things through, we can work through it together.

I’m a registered member of the BACP and Accredited therapist with the NCS.

Alongside my private work, I’m employed by Inspire and provide counselling through Addiction NI and various EAP services.

My community leadership role also means I’m skilled at supporting diverse groups, understanding different cultural and social challenges, and creating spaces where people feel heard, included, and valued.

If you’re looking for a therapist who is warm, real, down to earth, and genuinely passionate about people I’d love to connect. Whatever you’re facing, you don’t have to face it alone.
