About me

Hi, I'm a qualified therapist based in Portadown & Armagh. I manage a local charity and run a community and voluntary counselling service across the ABC Council area. My goal is to offer a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can feel safe to talk about whatever’s troubling you.

I use an integrative approach to therapy, drawing from Person-Centred, CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), and Psychodynamic models. This means I tailor sessions to suit your unique needs, because no two people are the same. What matters most to me is building a strong, trusting relationship where we can work together at your pace. I have worked with over 250 clients in the last 3 years.

I'm a registered member of the BACP and an accredited therapist with the NCS. I work with individuals aged 16 and over, supporting a wide range of issues like anxiety, depression, stress (whether it’s work, school, or relationships), low self-esteem, grief, family and relationship struggles, and addiction.

Alongside my private work, I’m currently employed by Inspire and provide counselling through Addiction NI, EAP services, SHIP (Self Harm Intervention Programme), and at Southern Regional College (SRC), Armagh Campus.
