About me

I believe that with the right support, everyone has the potential to live a more fulfilling and empowered life. But sometimes life throws us off course — challenges, past experiences, or overwhelming emotions can leave us feeling stuck or disconnected from the person we want to be.

As a therapist, my role is to walk alongside you — with compassion, curiosity, and care — helping you explore what’s holding you back and supporting you in making meaningful, lasting change.

I offer individual and couples counselling, tailored to your unique needs. My approach is integrative, drawing from both person-centred and psychodynamic theories. This means we can focus on your present experience while also gently exploring the deeper roots of patterns or behaviours that may no longer serve you.

In our work together, you can expect a warm, non-judgmental space where you feel genuinely heard and understood. I also integrate transactional analysis and solution-focused therapy in my work with couples, offering practical tools to strengthen communication, connection, and clarity.

Therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all. I believe in collaborative, personalised work, where your voice and goals guide the journey.

I’ve been drawn to psychology and understanding human behaviour from a young age, and that passion continues to grow. I’m committed to ongoing professional development, deepening my skills and knowledge so I can offer the best support possible to my clients.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
