About me
I believe that with the right support, everyone has the potential to live a more fulfilling and empowered life. At times, however, life experiences, past events, or overwhelming emotions can leave us feeling stuck, disconnected, or unsure of who we want to be.
As a therapist, my role is to walk alongside you with compassion, curiosity, and care. Together, we can explore what may be holding you back and work towards meaningful and lasting change at a pace that feels right for you.
I offer both individual and couples counselling, tailored to your unique needs. My approach is integrative, drawing on person-centred and psychodynamic theories. This allows us to focus on your present experience while also gently exploring deeper patterns or experiences that may be influencing your thoughts, feelings or relationships.
I aim to provide a warm, supportive and non-judgemental space where you feel genuinely heard and understood. When working with couples, I also integrate transactional analysis and solution-focused therapy, offering practical tools to support communication, clarity and connection.
Therapy is not one size fits all. I value collaborative and personalised work, where your voice, goals and experiences guide the process.
I have been drawn to psychology and understanding human behaviour from a young age, and this passion continues to inform my work. I am committed to ongoing professional development to ensure my practice remains thoughtful, ethical and responsive to the needs of my clients.
