About me
Hi, I'm Emily and I'm a psychotherapist. I am here to help.
Sometimes it can feel difficult or almost impossible to share what's hurting you. Seeking help through therapy can feel like a daunting task, but it can also be the first big step to healing from within.
Perhaps you're down or anxious - maybe you're unsure about the future of a relationship, or just feel that you aren't living the life you were meant to lead. Whatever your needs may be, I am here to offer to offer support. Therapy is a process of growth, reflection and self-discovery. I have the tools and professional experience to help you get back on track.
I offer online and in-person sessions in individual therapy, family therapy, couples therapy and art therapy. I have worked with people suffering from depression, anxiety, trauma, abuse, eating disorders, suicidal ideation, self-harm, personality disorders, bi-polar disorder and many other mental health conditions. I work with both adults, children and adolescents.
I offer a special home visit service for children and adolescence for families based in west London.
I work in a holistic, embodied and creative way during my sessions. Sometimes communicating your feelings verbally can feel hard. I can use many other creative avenues to explore difficult feelings and reflect together. This may be through breathing exercises, relaxation techniques and take home tasks.
Not sure where to get started? Let's arrange a quick chat over the phone or online. We can explore what you wish to get out of counselling. If you're happy to continue with me we can arrange weekly/fortnightly session at your convenience.

Member organisations
school Registered / Accredited

The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.
They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.
Registration means that a health professional meets national standards for their professional training, performance and conduct.
