About me
Something didn’t feel right, but I didn’t know what.
Maybe you feel that too. A sense that something’s off, or heavy, or missing. You might not have the words for it, and that’s okay. When I first came to therapy myself, I didn’t either. I just knew I was tired of pretending I was okay.
Therapy gave me space to pause, to feel, and to make sense of things that had been buried or blurred for a long time. Now, as a therapist, I offer that same space to others without judgement or pressure.
You don’t have to come to therapy with all the answers. In fact, most people don’t. You just need a sense that you’re ready for something to shift.
How I work
People often come to me feeling stuck, disconnected or overwhelmed, sometimes because of things that have happened in the past (like abuse, neglect, or loss), or because they keep ending up in the same painful patterns with partners, friends or family. Others come because they feel anxious all the time, never quite good enough, or like they’ve lost sight of who they really are.
I work gently and collaboratively which means I won’t sit in silence or just nod along. I’ll meet you with warmth, curiosity and honesty. We’ll explore together what’s been going on for you, where it might come from, and what you might need moving forward. You get to go at your pace, and we can talk about anything, nothing is too “small” or too “messy.”
What I can help with -
Low self-worth or feeling not good enough
Relationship struggles and people-pleasing
Childhood trauma and emotional neglect
Domestic abuse recovery
Anxiety, overthinking and burnout
Feeling lost, numb or disconnected
Identity and self-exploration
You don’t have to have it all figured out. You don’t need a diagnosis. If you’re feeling something is off, let’s talk about it.
Training, qualifications & experience
I’ve completed a Foundation Degree in Counselling Skills and a Level 6 Top-Up Degree in Integrative Counselling. My approach is integrative, with Person-Centred therapy at its core. This means we focus on what you need, and that can shift from session to session. I also integrate elements from CBT and Psychodynamic approaches when helpful, always taking the time to understand what works best for you.
I’ve worked with clients through BetterHelp and in the charity sector supporting those affected by domestic and sexual abuse. Through this, I’ve come to really value the power of being heard - when we feel truly listened to, we can begin to process, understand, and move forward.
Alongside therapy, I’m also interested in overall wellbeing, including things like gut health, movement, and how our bodies and minds are connected. I believe it’s all part of the bigger picture when it comes to feeling better and living in a way that feels more like you.
Member organisations

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
