About me
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, emotionally exhausted or unsure of who you are or where you’re heading, you’re not alone. Many girls and women I work with come to therapy feeling like they’re carrying a lot - big emotions, constant pressure, or a sense of having to hold everything together. Therapy can be a space where you finally get to slow down, breathe, and be met with understanding.
I’m Elle, a Counsellor and CBT Therapist. Alongside my private practice, I also work within CAMHS (NHS), supporting young people and families with a wide range of emotional and mental health needs. I offer a calm, reflective and grounding space for women and girls to explore their emotions, patterns and sense of self - a space where you don’t need to have the right words or have everything figured out to begin.
As a younger therapist, I bring a strong sense of relatability and understanding of the pressures many teens and women face today. I aim to create a safe, non-judgemental environment where you feel genuinely seen, heard and accepted as you are.
My work is trauma-informed, relational and integrative. I draw on various therapeutic approaches depending on your needs. This may include practical CBT strategies to help manage overwhelming thoughts and emotions, psychodynamic exploration to understand past experiences and recurring patterns, and ACT-based work focused on acceptance, self-compassion and living in line with what matters to you.
I have a particular passion and experience in supporting neurodiverse clients, specifically Autism and ADHD. I’m mindful of masking, burnout and emotional fatigue, and I adapt therapy to suit your pace, communication style and nervous system.
Whether you’re a teenager beginning to explore your identity, a young woman navigating change or burnout, or a woman moving through a new life phase, therapy can offer a steady place to reconnect with yourself.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
