About me

Hello, I am Elizabeth, a professionally qualified psychotherapist, counsellor, and hypnotherapist with a passion for helping individuals navigate and overcome their life's challenges.

I am an integrative therapist which means I combine a variety of therapeutic modalities to create personalised sessions that address the unique needs of each client. Whatever the emotional challenges you face in your life, my aim is to provide a supportive and safe environment where you can heal, grow, and thrive. Together, we’ll work towards empowering you to live a balanced and fulfilling life; achieving your personal goals, whatever they may be.

My Story…
Before pursuing this deeply fulfilling path, I was an Operations and Revenue Director in a fast-paced business. Throughout my life, I found immense value in personal therapy, which gave me the support I needed during challenging times. My passion for self-development, emotional awareness, and personal growth led me to invest in others, making my team’s development a top priority. I always knew I would one day retrain and devote myself to helping others on a deeper, more personal level.

However, life presented me with my greatest challenge—cancer. The treatment didn’t just take my hair; it tested my mental strength and made me feel like I had lost myself. All the strategies I had relied on in the past no longer seemed to work. With the support of therapy, I learned the importance of embracing vulnerability and loving myself through the ups and downs of life, not just fighting them. Hypnotherapy also played a significant role, offering a sense of well-being and relaxation that profoundly impacted my recovery.

After investing in my personal growth and receiving the all-clear from cancer, I knew it was time to follow my passion. I’m both proud and humbled to now work as a psychotherapist, counsellor, and hypnotherapist. It continues to amaze me how transformative therapy can be, and I’m honoured to witness the incredible progress my clients make by investing in themselves.
