HCPC Accredited Counselling Psychologist, MSc.

About me

I help high-functioning adults who are exhausted by anxiety, shame and self-criticism build a steadier, more meaningful relationship with themselves. I have a specialist interest in high-achieving individuals who find themselves unhappy and burnt out, as well as adults adjusting to an ADHD diagnosis and people dealing with existential questions.

I support clients in understanding their experiences and developing more fulfilling ways of living. I work with anxiety, grief and bereavement, personal or family experiences of cancer, stress, burn-out, life transitions, low self-esteem, & relationship difficulties. My approach combines practical coping strategies with psychological insight to help identify unhelpful patterns and support lasting change.

I work well with people who appear to be coping but struggle internally. My doctoral research explored the experiences of individuals from very affluent backgrounds and the ways this can shape their emotional life. I offer a space to talk openly about the complicated feelings that can exist even when life looks fortunate on the outside.

Please email me using the link above if you would like to book in a free of charge, 15 minute consultation to hear more about how we could work together.

Training, qualifications & experience

I have a doctorate in Counselling Psychology, and an MSc in Psychology. I have completed further training in various forms of therapy, including Compassion-Focused Therapy and Schema Therapy. I have previously worked at Maggie’s, an organisation supporting people with cancer and their loved ones, and the Nightingale Hospital in Marylebone. I really enjoy helping people to improve their well-being and create lives that are meaningful to them.
