About me
About Me and My Practice
Hi, I’m Eliana, a London-based BACP-registered therapist specialising in existential, humanistic, and psychodynamic therapy. I offer a warm, empathetic, and confidential space where you can explore your emotions, relationships, and sense of self.
Life’s demands—parenthood, relationships, work, personal growth—can feel overwhelming. Balancing it all may leave you feeling lost, disconnected, or unsure of your next step. In these moments, having space to reflect can be invaluable.
Adapting to change, whether through cultural transition, migration, or personal upheaval, can be disorienting. If you’re seeking clarity, stability, or simply a place to pause, I am here to walk alongside you.
Whatever you are facing, you don’t have to go through it alone. I offer deep listening, free from judgment—a steady presence in your journey of untangling the web of who you are.
I offer therapy specifically for the postcodes: W11, W1, W8, W12, W14 and W2
What Makes Me Different
My blend of professional expertise and personal experience sets me apart. With a background in engineering and finance, coupled with a lifelong love for art, travel, and culture, I find I am able connect with individuals from diverse walks of life with a broad perspective allowing me to meet you emotionally wherever you are and tailor therapy to your unique experiences and goals.
I welcome clients of all backgrounds and genders. While I do not specialize in LGBTQ+ issues, I am deeply committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and affirming space for everyone.

Member organisations

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

How I Can Help You
Life offers no roadmap, but therapy can provide space to navigate its uncertainties. Whether you’re facing anxiety, depression, trauma, or relationship struggles, our work together is collaborative and tailored to your needs. Through exploration and reflection, we can uncover patterns, confront obstacles, and move toward meaningful change.
I have particular expertise in the trauma of divorce and its emotional aftermath, alongside a breadth of experience in:
- Family and relationships – fertility, bereavement, divorce, and parenting challenges.
- Mental health – anxiety, depression, trauma, and neurodivergence (e.g., ADHD).
- Addiction, migration, and cultural transitions – the complexities of identity, belonging, and adaptation.
My aim is not just to help you overcome challenges but to equip you with the insight and resilience to engage with life more fully.
