About me
I’m Eleni, a Counselling Psychologist dedicated to offering therapy for adults, children, and families. With extensive experience in NHS adult services and Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS), and the private sector, I have had the privilege of supporting individuals facing a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, psychosis, eating disorders, bereavement, relationship difficulties, and many other mental health challenges, which are outlined below.
In addition to my clinical practice, I serve as a senior lecturer in a doctorate program of Counselling Psychology, where I am passionate about fostering a collaborative learning environment for aspiring psychologists.
My therapeutic approach is grounded in empathy, curiosity, and a genuine desire to understand your unique experiences. I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can express yourself freely. My priority is always the therapeutic relationship, which I view as the cornerstone of effective therapy.

- Doctorate in Counselling Psychology from the University of Surrey
- MSc in Child Development from UCL/Institute of Education
- BSc in Psychology from Panteio University in Athens, Greece

Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.
They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.
Registration means that a health professional meets national standards for their professional training, performance and conduct.
