Experience

I have experience working with people going through a wide range of challenges, exploring issues from their past and their present. It can be difficult to know where to start in therapy, but we would work at a pace you are comfortable with.

I have particular expertise in neurodiversity and disability. I also have experience with issues affecting the LGBTQIA+ communities. I also have experience working with: anxiety, low mood, burnout, relationship difficulties, parenting challenges, identity, work-related stress, imposter syndrome, complex family dynamics, discrimination.

  • Level 3 Counselling Studies
  • Level 2 Counselling Skills
  • Special Educational Needs & Disabilities (SEND) Legal Training Level 3, IPSEA
