About us
Door94 Affordable Counselling is a subsidiary practice of Door94, established to provide accessible-priced mental health support to the Berkshire area.
Our counsellors offer a range of therapeutic approaches, including person-centred counselling, integrative therapy, CBT, and psychodynamic approaches. We maintain a trauma-informed, neurodivergent-affirming approach across all therapeutic work, supporting clients with anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, ADHD, trauma, life transitions, and general well-being concerns.
Our practice operates in person from our offices in Wokingham or online, providing flexibility and accessibility for clients across the UK.
Door94 Affordable Counselling is led by Jacqui Vaughan, an integrative counsellor, ADHD specialist counsellor, and coach, and DBT therapist who provides clinical supervision and oversees the quality of all therapeutic services.
Training, qualifications & experience
You'll work with one of our counsellors on placement who are developing their practice through supervised clinical hours. Many of our placement counsellors are already qualified therapists pursuing further studies such as Masters degrees or PhDs, while others are in the final part of completing their Level 4 or Level 5 qualifications.
All counsellors on placement work under regular clinical supervision from Jacqui Vaughan, a qualified Clinical Supervisor (Dip.C.Sup), ensuring you receive safe, ethical, and effective support.
Whether newly trained or already experienced, all our placement counsellors bring a genuine commitment to supporting others and work to the highest professional standards.
