Supervision details
I'm Jacqui Vaughan, an integrative counsellor, ADHD specialist counsellor and coach, and DBT therapist with a passion for supporting therapists to develop confident, compassionate practice.
My supervisory approach is collaborative and reflective, creating a safe space where you can explore the complexities of therapeutic work without judgment. I'm particularly interested in helping supervisees develop their work with DBT, neurodivergent clients and navigating the challenges of working integratively.
I bring lived experience of ADHD alongside my professional expertise. Diagnosed at 46, I understand first-hand the impact of late diagnosis and the importance of neurodivergent-affirming approaches. This informs both my clinical work and my supervision, helping therapists recognise and respond to neurodivergence with compassion and understanding.
I work with adhd360 in their non-medicated approaches department. I also run Door94 Counselling Practice, including a training subsidiary offering affordable counselling through supervised student placements.
Whether you're a student counsellor on placement, newly qualified, or an experienced practitioner seeking specialist supervision, I'm here to support your development with curiosity, warmth, and clinical rigour.
