About me
Relational, Integrative Psychotherapy & Counselling
Life is hard sometimes and I think we could all do with some time to sit down and figure out what’s going on. Time to slow down, reflect and begin to see things from a different perspective.
You might be feeling stuck or not quite yourself. Or you may be coping on the surface, but underneath something doesn’t feel right — difficult to shift or fully understand.
I offer a warm, thoughtful space where we can begin to explore what’s going on for you.
How I Work
I am an experienced, UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP)-accredited psychotherapist. I work with a range of difficulties including anxiety, low mood, grief, and relationship challenges, as well as a more general sense of feeling lost, overwhelmed, or disconnected. This might be linked to difficulties in relationships, work, or a sense of uncertainty about direction in life.
I draw on a range of psychotherapeutic approaches, and the methods we use will depend on you and the issues you bring to our sessions.
In practice, this might include talking about your experiences in the present moment, how things from the past are still impacting you or exploring how things feel in your body.
We might explore different sides of you — for example, a part that feels stuck, and another that is critical or pushing you. It can also involve looking at patterns that keep repeating in relationships, work, or how you feel about yourself.
My approach is relational, meaning I work collaboratively with you. At times, this might feel challenging, as therapy often invites us to look deeply at ourselves and the patterns that shape our lives. My work is grounded in mindfulness and compassion. While our focus is on your present experience, we may also consider how past relationships or experiences influence your current challenges — helping you to feel freer and less defined by them.
Getting Started
You’re very welcome to get in touch for a free 30-minute initial conversation. This gives us a chance to see if working together feels right for you.
My fee is £80 per 50-minute session in London, and £70 per session in Tunbridge Wells and online. I have a small number of concessionary rate spaces.

Training, qualifications & experience
- Accredited with the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP)
- Registered with the BACP (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy)
- Registered with the ACPP (Association of Core Process Psychotherapy)
- MA in Mindfulness Based Psychotherapy (also known as Core Process Psychotherapy) through the Karuna Institute

My therapy practice is rooted in over 25 years of meditation and Buddhist practice. I am an ordained Buddhist and a parent. I think it’s also important to say that I have had many years of therapy myself.
Before becoming a therapist, my background was in learning and development, careers guidance, project management, and teaching. This breadth of experience informs the way I work with clients — combining relational depth, and a compassionate, mindful presence.
Member organisations
school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
The UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) is a leading professional body for the education, training and regulation of psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors. Its register is accredited by the government's Professional Standards Authority.
As part of its commitment to protect the public, it works to improve access to psychotherapy, to support and disseminate research, to improve standards and to respond effectively to complaints against its members.
UKCP standards cover the range of different psychotherapies. Registration is obtained by training or accrediting with one of its member organisations, or by holding a European Certificate in Psychotherapy. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
