I am a BABCP-accredited trauma expert with a number of years experience as a CBT practitioner. I have a proven track record in helping clients turn their lives around. I have a natural inquisitive mind and calm approach to my profession. I find by creating a healthy therapeutic alliance, we always find a way to help the client move forward. I am a trauma specialist and can treat clients with various co-morbidities such as panic, Generalised Anxiety Disorder, travel anxiety, social anxiety, health anxiety, grief, depression, phobias, and low self-esteem. 

I currently work out of Glasgow city centre. I offer face-to-face and online therapy.

The BABCP is the lead organisation for Cognitive Behavioural Therapy in the UK. Membership is open to anyone with an interest in the practice, theory or development of CBT. BABCP also provides accreditation for CBT therapists. BABCP accredited members adhere to the Standards of Conduct, Performance and Ethics in the Practice of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies, and are willing to be scrutinised in this adherence as required.

Additional information

I charge 70 pounds for online therapy, and charge 80 pounds for face to face sessions. 

Further information

I am pretty flexible with my working hours as long as I have advance notice. My hours are pretty much Monday to Friday, anywhere from 9am until 8pm, but exceptions can be made on Saturday or Sunday mornings/early afternoon.
