About me
A warm welcome to my page. When you are struggling and feeling overwhelmed with life, reaching out to ask for help can be one of the hardest things to do. It doesn't matter what age you are. I work with children from age 7 years to adults. It's alright to ask for help when you feel like you can't cope with the strains of everyday life. We all struggle at some point in our lives and by reaching out this could be the first step to you getting the help that you need. Reach out and see if I am the Therapist for you.
I come from a integrative background and will use many different techniques and strategies that are best suited to you as an individual. Dependent on what your needs require I offer therapy long term and short term. Our relationship should be a joint and collaborative one where counsellor and client work together towards your targets and goals.
I work with many clients suffering from Anxiety, Depression, Low Self-Esteem, dealing with past Trauma, living with neurological conditions, Couples Therapy, anger and Stress etc...
I work with adults, couples & families and have worked extensively with children professionally so have lots of relevant experience to draw upon. I will often use alternative tools to aid the work such as CBT or art with all my clients. Counselling does not have to be a scary process. I work with the person as a whole, not just the problem.
I offer sessions Monday to Thursday evenings. Wednesday and Saturday all day.
I originally trained as a counsellor after struggling personally as a parent after my own child had difficulties. I myself received counselling and came to understand how powerful and helpful it could be and how receiving it is nothing to be ashamed of if you are finding life hard.
Please, get in touch with a call, text or email to set up a free 30 minute initial session. This time will be for you to discuss what you want to get out of counselling. If you are then happy to continue, we can then agree a regular time for ongoing appointments.

Member organisations
school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.

The National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society This Not For Profit association of counsellors and psychotherapists aim to support the counselling profession, members and training organisations. In 2013 the NCS register was accredited by the Professional Standards Authority under the Accredited Voluntary Register Scheme. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
