Welcome to The Changing Room
As a BACP Registered Counsellor with of over 18 years experience, I work one-to-one with my clients providing sensitive, confidential therapy and life coaching to adults, employees, adolescents, children, and families. Alongside this, I work for a select number of organisations in both the commercial and education sector.
Today you have taken the first important step.
My ethos as a therapist is one of empathic collaboration, to help on your path towards clarity and change. Together we can start to make links and see patterns in your life enabling you to resolve the issues that are affecting your emotional well being and find practical steps to empower you to move forward.
To help you decide whether we can build a positive therapeutic relationship I offer all my clients a free initial consultation in which you can share your initial thoughts, feelings, and talk about the difficulties you are experiencing.
