Debbie Fletcher - Individual & Relationship Counselling. Reg BACP
Welcome to The Changing Room
As a fully qualified BACP Registered Counsellor with of over 18 years experience I provide sensitive, confidential therapy to individuals and couples of all ages.
I understand choosing the right person to work with may seem daunting, especially when you are feeling stuck or overwhelmed by life events. I hope the information provided here helps inform you as you take this next step.
It can be hard to decide to seek help but I hope to make your experience as positive as possible. My ethos as a therapist is one of empathic collaboration, to help on your path towards clarity and change. Together we can start to make links and see patterns in your life enabling you to resolve the issues that are affecting your emotional well being and find practical steps to empower you to move forward.
I specialise in Integrative Counselling, which means, I believe there are a number of different approaches to counselling. I understand that no one person or couple are the same, that different problems require different solutions, no single theory sufficient and I adapt my approach accordingly.
Today you have taken the first important step.
To help you decide whether we can build a positive therapeutic relationship I offer all my clients a free initial consultation in which you can share your initial thoughts, feelings, and talk about the difficulties you are experiencing.
My Specialist Areas include -
- General and specific Anxiety disorder
- Divorce and Separation
- Family issues
- Panic Disorder
- Relationship issues
- Self Esteem
- Work related issues
For further information go to www.thechangingroom.org or give me a call and I would be happy to discuss any questions you may have.
I look forward to hearing from you.
