About me

Hi, I’m Debs Sadler, a qualified pluralistic psychotherapeutic counsellor based in the beautiful city of Lincoln. We all can experience times when anxiety and feeling overwhelmed cloud life’s direction. I provide a safe, non-judgemental space for you to explore your world using a variety of therapeutic approaches.

Together, we will find ways of managing feelings and emotions, so you are able to begin to live your life the way you want to and deserve. Providing a tailored support to uncover the basis for your concerns and worries, we work together to explore how these are impacting on your life.

Qualified and extensive experience in person-centred therapy, together with inner child healing, CBT/REBT, mindfulness and mediation as well as providing psychoeducation so you have a practical understanding of the underlying processes of your thinking. I work with children aged 6+ and adults.

I have extensive experience of working with young people negotiating teens and young adulthood, when life experience and the pressures of life changing can adversely impact confidence, self-esteem and identity.
