About me
I am here to walk beside you, whatever path you're on. Perhaps you're grappling with anxiety, mourning the loss of a loved one, or simply feeling out of sync with yourself. These feelings? They're all part of the human experience. And together, we can work through them. I offer a safe, judgment-free space where you can be yourself, express your thoughts, and start your journey towards a new way of living.
Should you require short-term support or longer-term therapy, we'll find an approach that works for you.
Whether you're 7 or 75, your feelings matter. Let's talk about how I can help you move forward, one step at a time. You're unique, and your counselling should be too! That's where integrative counselling comes in. It's a bit like having a toolbox full of different approaches, allowing me to tailor our sessions to what works best for you. Some days, you might need a listening ear. Other times, you might benefit from more structured techniques such as CBT, REBT, DBT, solution-focused therapy, or a client who requires a creative form of therapy. My focus is to adapt to your needs, ensuring you get the most out of our time together.
Training, qualifications & experience
I have supported children, young people, adults, and couples. I work with adults, children, & young people and couples on a 1:1 basis. I have particular experience in supporting children, young people and adults with neuro-diverse, such as those with ADHD or ASC.
I am a Registered Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). This means that I have met or exceeded the requirements stipulated by these organisations, agree to work to their ethical frameworks and to take the steps needed to ensure that the therapy I offer is safe and of good quality.
I am an experienced Supervisor, who recognises that as counsellors, we're often so focused on supporting others that we forget to seek support for ourselves. That's where supervision comes in. Whether you're a trainee taking your first steps in the field, or an experienced professional looking for a fresh perspective, supervision offers a space for reflection, growth, and continuous learning.

Member organisations

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

It's a chance for us to chat, for you to ask any questions you might have, and to get a feel for how we might work together. Think of it as a friendly, no-pressure conversation to help you decide if I'm the right counsellor for you or your child. Remember, this journey is all about you, and it starts with making sure you feel comfortable and heard.
I offer both face-to-face, Online, and telephone sessions, which last for 50 minutes.

Online sessions are offered Monday to Sunday.
Feel free to get in touch to book your initial consultation or if you have any questions. Remember, reaching out is a sign of strength, not weakness. I'm here to support you on your journey.
