About me

I'm a London-based psychosexual and couples therapist, providing specialist, high-quality online therapy to high-achieving individuals and couples across the UK.

Whether you're navigating major life transitions (such as marriage, home-buying, or parenthood) or are stuck in a cycle you cannot  get past, I offer an active, collaborative space to safely unpack the emotional and physical blocks keeping you apart. I welcome all relationship structures, whether you are monogamous, polyamorous, or navigating ENM.

My Approach & Qualifications

I bring my full, human self into our work. I take an integrative approach tailored to your unique needs, underpinned by my:

  • MSc in Psychosexual Therapy
  • Diploma in Trauma Therapy
  • COSRT-accredited Level 5 Certificate in Couples Therapy.

I may use person-centred techniques to help you feel heard, or psychodynamic tools to help you understand how past experiences influence your behaviour today, creating new options for your future.

For couples, I offer premium 80-minute sessions via secure Zoom link, ensuring there is enough time to hear from everyone and explore your dynamics in depth.

Getting Started

I work exclusively online on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, offering early morning appointments through to daytime slots to suit your schedule. This provides a flexible, accessible space for clients across the country. If this sounds like the right space for you, please message me for a free introductory Zoom call to see how we might work together.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
