About me
Many people continue to live with mental health conditions and either suffer in silence, rage against it, or just feel lost. You can choose a different outcome. I recognise how difficult the first step can be and will help you find your way. I'm an integrative psychotherapeutic counsellor, drawing on a number of approaches to ensure you receive the right intervention for your specific needs.
Always happy to have an informal chat or email exchange, which will be followed by a free initial consultation should you wish to progress.
Individual, couple or group sessions available.
Training, qualifications & experience
I hold both the Advanced Diploma (Ad Dip Psy C) and Professional Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling (Prof Dip Psy C).
I'm an Accredited member of the National Counselling Society (MNCS (Accred).
I work in both private practice as well as volunteering for a counselling charity in the King's Lynn area. I have also worked extensively with the homeless community, treating a wide variety of presenting issues.
