About me
I am a professional qualified Counsellor and Hypnotherapist, working with various therapeutic approaches in an empathetic, compassionate and non-judgemental way. In the therapy room or online my goal is to create a safe and supportive environment, where my clients feel comfortable exploring their thoughts and feelings, and where they can develop the skills and tools they may need.

I can support you whilst using Person Centred, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Solution Focussed, Creative Therapy, & Hypnotherapy. Meaning sessions are tailored to your specific needs, as I believe there is no one size fits all and no two stories are ever the same.
I can offer both long and brief therapy.
