About me

What Brings You Here:

Life can feel overwhelming, especially when you’re carrying emotional pain that no one else can see. You might feel stuck, anxious, low, or like you’ve lost direction. Maybe you’re facing difficulties in relationships, struggling with self-esteem, processing grief, or trying to heal from past trauma. You may sense that something isn’t right—but you’re not sure what it is or how to begin making changes. These feelings are valid. Please feel free to book a free 15 min call to see if we can work together.

About Me:

I’m an experienced, qualified integrative counsellor. This means I use a blend of approaches to support you in a way that suits you—not a one-size-fits-all method. I draw from person-centred therapy, CBT, psychodynamic therapy, and mindfulness to create a space that feels safe, warm, and tailored to your unique story and emotional needs. My focus is always on building a trusting, respectful relationship where you feel heard and understood.

How I Can Help:

In our work together, we’ll gently explore what’s behind the emotions or patterns that are leaving you overwhelmed or stuck. I provide a confidential, non-judgmental space where you can speak freely and feel truly listened to. Whether we focus on past experiences, current challenges, or future goals, I’ll adapt our sessions to support your growth at your own pace.

Clients I work with often tell me they feel lighter, more grounded, and more able to make sense of things. With time, you may begin to:

• Understand yourself on a deeper level

• Develop healthier coping strategies

• Improve confidence and emotional resilience

• Build more fulfilling relationships

• Regain a sense of purpose and peace

I offer online therapy across the UK, with flexible evening and some weekend availability—so it’s easier to fit sessions around your life.

If you’re ready to feel more in control and less alone, I’m here.

You’re welcome to message me to ask any questions or book an initial session—I’d be glad to support you.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy
Accredited Register Scheme

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
