About me
I am a Gestalt psychotherapist and supervisor with 14 years of clinical experience. I work from an embodied and relational perspective, but more simply put: I am interested in what actually happens between us, moment by moment.
There are many reasons you might be reading this. Perhaps you are looking for a shift in your life, or perhaps you’ve found that your automatic patterns are repeating in ways that no longer serve you. In our work together, we won't just talk about your life, we will engage with it as it emerges in the room.
My Approach is to stay with the "Charged" Stuff.
I don’t believe in "tidying things away." Much of my work sits where life feels unstable, uncomfortable, or hard to name. Current themes that seem to be showing up are:
- Shame and Power: Working through the complex relational fields that often lead to avoidance or "enactment."
- Diversity, Gender, Sexuality, Desire, and Erotic Energy. Navigating these themes within adult maturity, especially when they feel confusing or "too much" to stay present with.
- Embodied Awareness: Moving past the path of least resistance to develop greater contact sensitivity and a grounded sense of self.
My style is at its core relational and I aim to meet the other with welcome and warmth. I provide a creative, playful, well-held environment with clear ethical boundaries, offering a space wide enough for your real, un-tidied life to show up, without the need to perform or look away.

Member organisations
school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
The UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) is a leading professional body for the education, training and regulation of psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors. Its register is accredited by the government's Professional Standards Authority.
As part of its commitment to protect the public, it works to improve access to psychotherapy, to support and disseminate research, to improve standards and to respond effectively to complaints against its members.
UKCP standards cover the range of different psychotherapies. Registration is obtained by training or accrediting with one of its member organisations, or by holding a European Certificate in Psychotherapy. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
