About me
My aim is to help you work towards a marked sense of well-being and increased contentment in all aspects of your life. I have a deep knowledge of issues including depression, anxiety, burnout, abuse, coercive control, trauma, narcissistic abuse as well as health conditions.
I believe that building an authentic relationship with my clients and working together as a team, delivers the best results. I offer bespoke therapies and strategies which help you to understand that you really can make fundamental changes to your life.
Typically, in no more than 6 or so 50 minute sessions, we will work together to overcome the issues that are troubling you in this moment. It's been a pleasure witnessing the surprise and amazing changes my clients have made to their lives in such a short period of time. Sessions may also be longer term to explore deeper issues.
I have over 25 years of experience and currently run my own private practice in Central London.

Member organisations
school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.

The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.
They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.
Registration means that a health professional meets national standards for their professional training, performance and conduct.
