About me

You're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply not yourself, and you're looking for real change, not just quick fixes. Maybe anxiety, self-doubt, or a difficult life transition is making it hard to feel grounded or move forward. You might be high-functioning on the outside, but inside you're exhausted and unsure where to turn. You want support from someone who truly sees you, listens without judgment, and helps you reconnect with your sense of self.

I offer a calm, compassionate space where you can slow down and sort through what’s weighing on you. My style is warm, thoughtful, and collaborative. I don't just sit back and nod - I engage with curiosity and care, helping you understand your patterns, untangle your emotions, and build new ways of relating to yourself and others

Whether you're looking to manage anxiety, heal from past experiences, improve relationships, or simply feel more like you again, therapy can help you get there. You're not alone in this, and you don't have to figure it out by yourself. Let's talk about where you are now, and where you’d like to be.

Training, qualifications & experience

I have a National Diploma in Counselling that I achieved through Fife College. I began working with clients in 2024 after I was involved in establishing the college’s first Counselling Hub, which was a collaborative project developed between students and staff. I have since continued supporting clients in a qualified capacity since 2025.

Through the Counselling Hub and across Fife College campuses, I provided one-to-one counselling to students supporting a wide range of emotional and mental health concerns.

Since qualifying, I have continued to develop my practice through ongoing professional training, including trauma-informed approaches and other therapeutic modalities. I believe in offering a warm, compassionate, and non-judgemental space where clients can feel safe to explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences at their own pace.

I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and work in accordance with their Ethical Framework, ensuring that my practice is professional, ethical, and client-centred.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.

Further information

I am a registered psychotherapist working from a pluralistic trauma-informed perspective. I have previously supported people navigating moments of crisis through Shout.

I offer an initial free 30 minute initial consultation which is where we'll explore what brought you to therapy and collaboratively decide on the most effective ways to support your progress.

Together, we'll draw from different methods to address how your thoughts, emotions, and experiences interact, helping you develop new skills to improve your well-being.
