About me
Hi, I'm Constantinos. I'm a BACP Accredited CBT Psychotherapist, which means I've met the highest professional standards set by the UK's leading counselling body, giving you the assurance that you're in safe, qualified hands.
Getting serious about your mental health isn't an easy step, and I'm honoured to walk alongside you through it. Together, we'll unpack difficult thoughts and patterns, learn tools that help you feel more in control, and make sense of what has been holding you back, in a way that feels safe and supportive rather than overwhelming.
You don't have to go it alone anymore.
I've worked with adults from a wide range of backgrounds and professions, including university students, paramedics, doctors, solicitors, teachers, HR professionals, and people working in IT and the arts. Some have come alone, some as part of a couple, some mid-relationship and some not. Whatever your situation, if something isn't working and you'd like support, I'd be glad to hear from you.
Who I help
I often work with people who feel stuck; overthinking decisions, struggling to switch off, or finding themselves repeating the same patterns despite genuinely trying to change.
Many of my clients are holding things together on the outside while quietly struggling on the inside; managing work, relationships, and responsibilities, but feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or constantly on edge.
Some arrive with anxiety or low mood. Others are navigating relationship difficulties, people-pleasing, or a persistent sense of dissatisfaction that’s hard to fully explain but difficult to ignore.
My therapeutic approach
I work primarily with Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), an evidence-based approach that helps you overcome negative thoughts, anxieties and unhelpful habits in a way that feels compassionate and meaningful.
At the core of every session is a collaborative conversation that helps you name and recognise the behaviours and emotions that are distressing you, and find practical ways to build healthier coping strategies. Where helpful, I also draw on tools from other therapeutic approaches, always guided by what works best for you and what you're going through.
Why I Do This Work
I became a therapist because of what therapy did for me. It gave me something I hadn't expected, a real chance to feel happier, to worry less about what others thought of me, and to live more freely. I wanted to offer that same experience to others. That's what drives me in every session.
Where to start
You've already taken the first step by looking at this profile. The next one is simpler than you might think. I offer a free 20-minute introductory call, so you can get a feel for how I work before committing to anything. I offer sessions in both English and Greek, whichever feels most natural to you.
If even that feels like too much right now, just send me a question. Sometimes that's all it takes to get things moving. Whatever you're facing, we can navigate it together.
Training, qualifications & experience
My work is grounded in rigorous academic and clinical training. I hold a First Class Honours degree in Psychology from the University of East London, which gives me a strong theoretical and research grounding that underpins my clinical work.
My Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy brought that knowledge into practice through supervised client work, hands-on clinical training, and working with a wide range of presentations. It's where I learned to actually do the work, not just understand it.
My couples therapy training focused on attachment, communication difficulties, and the underlying relationship dynamics that drive conflict. It equipped me to work with couples beyond the presenting conflict, understanding what's actually driving it, and helping them work through it.
Alongside these, I've completed specialist training in Online and Telephone Counselling and Clinical Supervision, because how people access therapy matters as much as the therapy itself.
I'm a BACP Accredited member and hold both an enhanced DBS and a current PVG certificate.

Member organisations
school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
