About me
I am a qualified counsellor with a a Level 5 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling and am an accredited member of the NCPS (The National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society).
I have personally benefited from counselling in the past and recognise how daunting it can be to take that first step to speak to someone about thoughts and feelings that you may have hidden, and how exhausting hiding these feelings can be.
I am a qualified, integrative counsellor, who draws on different techniques and tools to tailor an approach specifically for you, and your needs.
I will work collaboratively with you and at a pace that suits you, to help you explore and express your needs, find your own solutions, and develop a better understanding of yourself and others.
I will offer a confidential, empathetic and accepting therapeutic setting for you to talk about any issues you may wish to bring to the session.
I am currently available for appointments in Talbot Green or Bridgend on Mondays and Tuesdays.
