About me

I am a Person-Centred Counsellor who offers a warm, non-judgemental and compassionate space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings and experiences at your own pace. I believe that you are the expert in your own life, and my role is to walk alongside you - supporting you to reconnect with your inner strengths, make sense of what you’re going through, and move towards greater self-understanding and emotional well-being.

How I Work

I'm grounded in the person-centred approach, which fosters growth and self-discovery. I also integrate elements from other counselling models to create a flexible and responsive therapeutic process to suit your needs. I will listen deeply, respect your individuality, and create a safe environment where you can be fully yourself. Rather than directing or advising, I aim to understand your world from your perspective and support you in finding your own answers.

What I Can Help With

I work with a wide range of issues, including but not limited to:

  • Anxiety and stress
  • Low mood and depression
  • Self-esteem and confidence
  • Relationship and family difficulties
  • Grief and loss
  • Life transitions or feeling “stuck”

Whether you are facing a specific challenge or simply want space to reflect, counselling can help you gain clarity, heal from past experiences, and develop a stronger sense of self.

What to Expect

Our sessions will move at a pace which feels comfortable for you. There is no “right” or “wrong” way to be here - just a welcoming space where you will be heard and accepted. Together, we’ll build a trusting therapeutic relationship that allows you to openly explore and grow with confidence.

Next Steps

If you’re curious about working together, give me a call and see if I’m the right fit for you. Reaching out can feel like a big step - I’m here to make it easier.

You don’t have to go through this alone.
