About me
I am an experienced integrative counsellor, working in person, online and over the phone across the UK and internationally.
I specialise in working with children and young people, providing a safe and nurturing environment to help them navigate their emotions and challenges. My approach is tailored to meet the unique needs of younger clients, using play and creative techniques to facilitate healing and growth. Additionally, I also work with adults, offering support for a range of issues, including anxiety, stress, and relationship challenges. Whether you are seeking help for your child or yourself, I am here to provide compassionate guidance on your journey toward well-being.
My personal experience with therapy enabled me to experience the benefits of feeling truly seen, heard, and understood, and how transformative that can be. I aim to provide this same support to you and would be honoured to be a part of it with you.
Personal therapy can be challenging and revealing, talking about experiences that cause pain, sadness or embarrassment can be difficult. I believe that if you feel listened to without fear of being judged, working in a trusted relationship can encourage real long-lasting change.
If you're looking to build resilience to navigate life’s challenges or are curious about therapy and exploring what you might learn about yourself, this could be a great opportunity to find out more.
I believe that one size does not fit all and so my approach offers flexibility to suit your individual needs. We will work collaboratively to identify links, patterns and themes to help you develop a greater understanding of yourself whilst also working towards a more meaningful and purposeful future with more choice a possibility for personal growth and change.
My therapeutic approach is integrative, blending a Person Centred approach with Psychodynamic, CBT, Solution Focussed Brief Therapy, all of which can be tailored to best support your needs. Anything that you choose to bring is what will be explored, at a pace that is both appropriate and effective for your needs. I will listen to your unique story, explore what you want to gain from therapy and tailor my approach to meet you where you are at.
I offer open-ended and short and long-term therapy in person, online, over the phone and message based across the UK and internationally.
I can work with adults and children and young people. I work creatively with children, this can be incorporated into adult sessions too if that is preferred.

Member organisations

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
