About me
Hello, I'm Christopher.
I'm a qualified and experienced Psychotherapist and Clinical Supervisor working with Adults, Children & Young People, and Couples .
I work from my private office set in the beautiful surroundings of Ransom Wood in Mansfield, offering a peaceful and confidential space for in-person therapy. I also provide online sessions, giving clients the flexibility to access support in the way that works best for them.
As a Humanistic Psychotherapist and Counsellor, I hold a deep belief that everyone has the capacity to grow, heal, and reach their fullest potential. Whether you're facing a long-standing issue or something more recent, no concern is too big or too small to bring to therapy. I’m passionate about making therapy accessible and meaningful, and I welcome clients of all ages-from as young as 4 years old through to adulthood.
I have extensive experience supporting individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and ADHD, as well as those living with a range of mental health conditions including Bipolar Disorder, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), and Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD).
I offer a supportive, neurodivergent-affirming space for adults navigating life with Autism, ADHD, or both—diagnosed or self-identified. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and rooted in the belief that you are not broken or “too much”; you are adapting in a world that often isn’t designed with your needs in mind.
I also specialise in working with neurodiverse couples, where one or both partners may have a diagnosis of ASD or ADHD, supporting them to improve communication, understanding, and connection within their relationship.
My training is in Integrative and Relational Psychotherapy, which means I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches tailored to the needs of each individual. Central to my work is the therapeutic relationship-we make progress together through trust, empathy, and mutual understanding.
I am also influenced by Existential philosophy, which asks the deeper questions of what it means to be human: how we find meaning, cope with uncertainty, and navigate the complexities of life. Life can be tough, confusing, and overwhelming at times. Therapy offers a space to explore, reflect, and find your way forward-with support.
In addition to therapy, I offer clinical supervision to other practitioners, drawing on my experience in both therapeutic work and professional mentoring.
If you're considering therapy or supervision, please feel free to get in touch. Email is the best way to contact me in the first instance, and I’ll respond as soon as I can to arrange a consultation or answer any questions.

Member organisations

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
