About me
Therapy That’s Real, Honest, and Human
You don’t need to arrive “sorted,” positive, or put‑together. You just need to show up as you — overwhelmed, hopeful, anxious, curious, exhausted, or somewhere in between.
I’m not here to fix you or hand you all the answers. I’m here to meet you honestly, human‑to‑human, and create a space where you can finally breathe, be heard, and explore what’s really going on beneath the surface.
My approach is grounded in person‑centred therapy, but I also draw from a range of therapeutic tools to support what you need, not a one‑size‑fits‑all method. No jargon. No judgement. No clinical distance. Just real connection and meaningful work.
What Therapy With Me Feels Like
Think of our sessions as a place where you can slow down, speak freely, feel deeply, and be completely yourself.
I work with people experiencing:
Anxiety and worry that never seems to switch off
Depression and emotional heaviness
Relationship and family struggles
Identity exploration, including LGBTQ+ experiences
Feeling stuck, disconnected, overwhelmed, or lost
The messy, complicated middle bits of life that don’t fit neatly into a label
Whatever you’re carrying - it matters.
If you’re ready to feel seen, supported, and understood - I’m here.
Reaching out for therapy can feel scary or uncertain, but it’s also a powerful first step. If something in you is saying, “I need help with this,” or even just “I don’t want to keep feeling like this,” then booking a session might be exactly the space you’ve been looking for.
When you’re ready, I’m here to meet you -fully, honestly, and without judgement.
I won’t tell you who to be, how to feel, or what you “should” do. But I will walk beside you as you make sense of things, reconnect with yourself, and begin to create real, lasting change.
