Integrative Counsellor BA (Hons) Counselling

I am experienced in working with individuals with the following difficulties. Anxiety, depression, bereavement, eating disorders, childhood abuse, domestic abuse, grooming, trauma and anger. Many issues can arise out of difficult attachment issues from childhood and these can be explored with that in mind.  I use a range of approaches but these are all based on seeing you as unique and valued.
