About me
As an Integrative counsellor I offer a combination of CBT, Person centered and psychodynamic therapy to help you explore traumas, and change thought patterns. I specialise in pregnancy and infant loss, supporting those who have had a loss, or are caring for an ill child. I also work extensively with those struggling with anxiety and depression, offering tools and techniques to help challenge the anxiety and low mood, and coping strategies to make day to day life feel more settled. I offer both day time and evening sessions. I offer my clients autonomy, with a direct approach from me in terms of reflection and clarification, alongside a relaxed atmosphere in my practice to encourage comfort and openess. Each session is a space for you to express yourself freely without fear of judgement.
