About me

Are you feeling anxious, hopeless, burnt out? A feeling of being stuck with no clear path to move forward? I can help you explore traumas, and change thought patterns. To change your outlook , and gain clarity around what you really want.

I am a certified ADHD clinical services provider, and specialise in supporting clients with ADHD, whether that be diagnosed or suspected. I can help clients implement practical tools to manage and improve executive function deficits.

I also specialise in pregnancy and infant loss, supporting clients who have had a loss, or are caring for an ill child, and clients who are going through IVF or facing infertility. I have lots of experience in working with PMDD and offer tools to help manage symptoms cyclically, as well as identifying any underlying emotional traumas that may flare during specific phases in a cycle.

I  work with those struggling with anxiety, offering tools and  techniques to help challenge the anxiety and low mood, and coping strategies to make day to day life feel more settled.

I have both day time and evening sessions available, currently all online.I give my clients autonomy, with a direct approach from me in terms of reflection and clarification. I consider myself personable and informal, and I offer flexibility in my approach.

If you think we may be a good fit please email me and I will get back to you.
