About me

Helping you find your way forward

Life can often feel like an uphill struggle. Whether you are navigating a heavy cloud of anxiety or depression or just feel stuck in a rut you can't seem to escape, it's common to feel lost without knowing exactly why.

I provide a warm, friendly and non-judgmental space where we can unpack whatever is troubling you. My goal is to help you make sense of your feelings, shift your perspective and realise that you have the power to choose your own direction.

How we work together

As an integrative therapist, I don't believe in a 'one size fits all' approach. I work in a person-centred manner, tailoring a range of techniques to fit your needs. Together, we will:

Explore the 'why': Look at how your past experiences might be shaping your current thoughts, feelings and behaviours.

Update your survival tools: Understand the defence mechanisms that once protected you but may now be holding you back.

Build your self worth: Move towards self-acceptance to quiet the anxieties and neurosis that make daily life challenging.

Reclaiming your right to a fulfilling life

I firmly believe that we all develop our ways of being for a reason, but we also deserve to enjoy our lives and feel at home in our relationships. By improving how you feel about yourself you can transform your place in the world.

I have extensive experience helping clients navigate a wide variety of challenges, including:

Anxiety and Depression

Relationships and Self-Esteem Issues

Grief and Loss

Addictions

You are worthwhile and don't have to figure this out alone. Let's find the path that is right for you.
