About me
Hello, my name is Chipapa. I am an integrative therapist (Person Centred & Psychodynamic).
I understand how daunting it can be to take that first step towards therapy. Whether you're dealing with depression, postnatal depression, baby blues, anxiety, stress, or the impact of domestic abuse, cultural issues, childhood traumas, it's crucial to find a therapist you can trust and feel comfortable with. My aim is to make that journey as supportive and approachable as possible.
As an empathic & supportive therapist, I provide a safe and non-judgmental space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings. My integrative approach means I can tailor therapy to suit your unique needs, drawing from a range of therapeutic models including person-centred, psychodynamic, humanistic, and psychoanalytical elements. This allows me to work with you in a flexible and holistic way.
I work with clients from all backgrounds and understand that each person's journey is different. My goal is to support you through a variety of life challenges. I have a passion for Women, Mothers & cultural issues and offer group sessions.
When you begin therapy with me, you can expect an environment built on trust, empathy, and respect. From our very first session, my focus will be on you, your needs, your experiences, and your goals. I believe in working collaboratively, meaning our sessions will be tailored to suit you as an individual.
Give me a call or drop me an email so we can book in a free 30 minute session where we can discuss your needs and see if we can work together.

- Level 4 Professional Diploma (Dip Couns) in Integrative Counselling
These were obtained from The Mary Ward Centre in London.
Member organisations

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
