About me
I’m a BACP-registered integrative psychotherapist, working in an NHS GP practice and in my own private practice. I offer a warm, open, and flexible space where you can feel safe enough to explore all parts of yourself, including those that may feel difficult, stuck, or hard to express. My approach is collaborative and grounded in the belief that therapy should meet you where you are.
You might be feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or unsure of how to move forward, or perhaps you’re simply ready to make space for yourself in a new way. Therapy offers the chance to slow down, reflect, and begin making sense of what you’ve been carrying. I’ll be alongside you in that process, working at your pace, in a way that feels manageable and supportive.
As an integrative psychotherapist, I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches, including psychodynamic, person-centred, CBT, and mindfulness-based models, to shape a way of working that feels meaningful and effective for you.
I have 15 years’ experience as a Coach and NLP practitioner (ICF ACC-accredited). When helpful, I integrate coaching into therapy, especially for clients navigating stress, leadership roles, career transitions, or questions of identity and purpose.
I have experience working with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, grief, low self-esteem, identity and sexuality, unsatisfying relationships and neurodiversity.
Alongside online and in person therapy (in Surbiton), I also offer walk-and-talk sessions in Richmond Park, a reflective, grounding alternative to traditional therapy settings, which many clients find helps them feel more at ease and connected to themselves.
You don’t need to be in crisis to start therapy. You might simply be feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or ready to make space for yourself in a new way. Whatever brings you here, I’ll offer a space where you feel heard, supported, and able to begin moving forward.
If you’d like to arrange an initial session, feel free to get in touch. We can explore what you’re looking for and whether working together feels like the right fit.

Counsellor and Psychotherapist in Private Practice
In-house Psychotherapist in an NHS GP Practice
I am a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). As such, I am bound by and adhere to the BACP Ethical Framework, which sets the standard for ethical and good practice.
Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

Further information
Starting therapy can feel like a big step, especially if you’re not sure what to expect. I aim to make the process as welcoming, grounded, and straightforward as possible. I work in a way that’s warm, collaborative, and shaped around what feels right for you, whether you’re looking for short-term support with a particular issue, or longer-term space to explore things more deeply.
My approach is integrative, which means I draw from a range of therapeutic models depending on what’s most helpful for you. Together, we’ll find a way of working that feels meaningful, supportive, and attuned to what you need, moment to moment.
I offer sessions online, as well as walk-and-talk therapy in Richmond Park (Kingston Gate) or in-person therapy in Surbiton (at St James House close to the station).
Walk-and-talk sessions offer the same depth as more traditional therapy, but instead of sitting across from each other, we walk side-by-side through nature. This can feel less intense, and many people find that being outdoors helps them feel more at ease, more connected to their bodies, and more in touch with what they’re feeling.
You don’t need to be especially outdoorsy or physically fit, we move at a gentle pace, and there are plenty of opportunities to pause or sit along the way. Some people choose walk-and-talk every week; others prefer to combine it with online sessions. We can find a rhythm that works for you.
Whatever brings you to therapy, my aim is to offer a space where you feel supported, understood, and able to come as you are. If you're curious about starting, you're welcome to get in touch for an initial conversation.
