About me

Hello, I’m Cherrelle.
I am an Integrative Counsellor, based in London.

My Approach

My practice is grounded in empathy, respect, and collaboration. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to support you in uncovering your inner strengths and developing new ways to cope, grow, and heal.

I offer a warm, non-judgemental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences freely. Together, we’ll work through your challenges – whatever they may be – and move towards your goals, at your own pace.

As an Integrative Counsellor, I tailor each session to meet your unique needs, drawing on a range of therapeutic models including:

• Humanistic Therapies (Person-centred)
• Psychodynamic Therapies (exploring unconscious patterns and early experiences)
• Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) (identifying and changing unhelpful thinking patterns and behaviours)

This flexible approach allows us to adapt as your needs evolve, ensuring the support you receive is always relevant, personal, and meaningful.

About You

From navigating family, romantic relationships, careers and life transitions, to finding and redefining yourself, life can sometimes feel overwhelming, and we can find ourselves feeling stuck, down or anxious. And although these feelings are normal, they can feel kind of crazy!

Counselling can provide a safe place where you can explore your feelings and experiences, in a space that is non-judgemental and rooted in empathy.

Seeking counselling can sometimes feel like a big decision and can bring up a lot of thoughts and feelings. So, whether you’re seeking support for a specific issue, wanting to explore yourself on a deeper level, or simply looking to enhance your overall wellbeing, you are here, thinking about it, and that is commendable.

What's next?

It's important that you and your counsellor feel comfortable to work together, so you can contact me to book an initial consultation. This will be a chance for us to have a talk about what you would like to explore in counselling and hear a bit about how I work - an informal get to know each other to see if we’d be a good fit.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.

Accredited register membership

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy
Accredited Register Scheme

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
