Hello! I'm Charlotte, I am a dedicated and passionate counsellor who loves to help and support people. I place high value on difference and our individual uniqueness so I alter my approach based on your needs to allow for us to work together to get the most out of the experience.
What to expect
I offer online over the phone and face to face therapy. I aim to provide a safe, non judgemental and nurturing space for clients to explore themselves, their thoughts, behaviours and feelings, working with my clients as collaboratively as possible to encourage and support growth and self awareness. Working collaboratively towards realistic and meaningful solutions.
How can counselling help?
Counselling offers clients a safe and confidential space to talk freely and openly. allowing for space and time to explore in a non-judgemental environment.
It can support with coping skills and emotional management. Supporting personal growth and self-awareness, allowing clients the autonomy to make meaningful and lasting changes within their lives.

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
