About me

Whatever your reason for seeking help, I want to say "Well done!" for putting yourself first and taking the first step towards change, no matter how big or small your problem may seem to you.

Everyone is welcome here. This is a non-judgemental space for people from all walks of life, and I hope that this space can become a safe space for you.

As an integrative therapist, I use a combination of methods to help you to reflect on your past, process your present and look towards the future. We can challenge unhelping thinking patterns, learn to manage anxious feelings and talk about the really hard stuff that you may not have spoken to anyone else about.

Training, qualifications & experience

I am a fully qualified integrative therapist with experience working with adults and young people. I have supported individuals with a range of problems, including anxiety, depression, relational difficulties, anger, eating disorders, bereavement, neurodiversity, major life changes, perfectionism, self-harm, suicidal ideation and more.

I have worked with people in crisis through SHOUT crisis textline and have helped people to develop safety plans to keep them safe.

Please note my services are not for crisis response. If you need urgent help, please call 999, the Samaritans 116 123 or text SHOUT on 85258.

  • Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling
  • MSc in Psychology
  • BA Hons in Psychology with French
