About me

I work with individuals and couples. I believe that change comes from within and I will help you to work through and process the issues facing you.

Experience helping clients with low confidence, relationship difficulties, bereavement, depression, anxiety,  trauma and more.

I offer online and face to face sessions, providing a confidential space, free from judgement, for you to explore your thoughts and feelings.

I am an integrative counsellor, which means I have trained in different types of therapy. This allows me to work in different ways to best suit you. I am also a member of the British Association for Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP).

Feeling confused, angry, worried, anxious, scared, lonely, depressed? Talking through what is troubling you, can bring a sense of relief and has the potential to bring about significant change

Next Step: Please contact me via phone or by email to arrange a time for a free initial telephone consultation. This gives you the opportunity to talk about what brings you to counselling now,  for you to ask questions, and for us to agree on a suitable time and day for your weekly counselling sessions.

Each session is 50 minutes and the number of sessions is completely your choice. I suggest a minimum of 6 sessions but we will continue with the sessions (if you are comfortable to do so) to work through what you have identified as troubling you.

Member organisations

BACP

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy

BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.

Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.

All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
