About me
Experiencing life means experiencing life's challenges which can create a sense of discontentment, discomfort and disconnection from ourselves and the world around us. Whether you seek therapy to explore everyday struggles, relationship patterns or more deeply rooted trauma, together we can create a grounded space to nurture each part of you with empathy, curiosity, openness and understanding. Our work together can help support you to:
- Unravel your thoughts, feelings and emotions
- Develop a deeper understanding of yourself
- Improve personal boundaries and interpersonal relationships
- Learn healthier coping mechanisms for stress and difficult emotions
- Build upon your own inner strength and tools
- Develop autonomy and confidence on your path towards inner and outer change
My Approach
Our sessions will be a time for you to connect and explore yourself at your own pace without judgement. Each person has a unique experience of the world with a distinct and diverse lens, and working as an Integrative relational therapist, I use a variety of different approaches to support you to feel seen and heard in your most authentic self. As you evolve, so will our sessions.
I draw upon Person-Centred, Psychodynamic, CBT, and elements from DBT and Internal Family systems to guide the work. I have additional training in Integrative Somatic Psychotherapy which gives an opportunity to tap into the wisdom of our body, delving into the mind/body connection with nervous system awareness. This can help work through unprocessed trauma and emotions held within the body. We are able to reflect on challenges present in the here and now, whilst also considering the influence of the past.
Sharing your inner world can feel scary and unfamiliar, but is a courageous step on the path to self-transformation. Our relationship together can be a powerful tool in cultivating a sense of connection, internal security and safety on the path towards change. It can also offer an insight into how you relate to yourself, and others around you, supporting you to feel more integrated and empowered.
I offer a free 15 minute consultation via Zoom for us to get a felt sense of each other. We can explore your unique needs and goals, and how we may begin the transformative process of therapy together.
I offer an LGBTQI+ and neurodiverse affirmative space. I work with clients to create a strong, steady sense of self that accepts and embraces all parts of their identity.

Member organisations

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
