About me

I'm Catherine Lacey, a Clinical Psychologist with over 15 years experience in the mental health field. I have worked in both Australia and the UK in a variety settings including within the NHS, healthcare and private practice.

I support people to talk about, understand and work through the challenges of life. I support people who are experiencing anxiety, lowered mood, burnout, stress & adjustment to difficult changes and transitions in life. I create a safe, non judgemental & open space in sessions, with time work at a comfortable pace. I focus on giving time talk about what feels important to you & impacting your life. I work collaboratively to identify what you want to get out therapy, how to best work together, set goals & then regularly review our progress, making changes where necessary.

Training, qualifications & experience

I have completed training in CBT, ACT, CFT, Mindfulness and DBT. I use an integrative approach, meaning I use draw on skills from these various different therapies to tailor support to best fit your needs and goals.

In sessions, I focus on giving space to talk about what feels important and having the most impact on your quality of life.
