About us
My name is Cat and I am a qualified trauma informed person-centred therapeutic counsellor, I am BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) and NCPS (National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society) registered. In short, I adhere to the BACP and NCPS Ethical Frameworks, ensuring client safety and confidentiality.
As part of my membership to the BACP and NCPS I am committed to continuous training and improvement, refreshing my knowledge, dedication and understand of all aspects of mental health, to provide my clients with the best that I can give.
I offer 60 minute face to face, online, telephone, or walk and talk sessions in the Dorset area.

Sessions cost £60.00 per hour, however I offer student discount and low-income considerations. Please contact me for further information.
Further information
I am also a MHFA (Mental Health First Aider) and an orange button holder, which means that I am trained to provide help for someone experiencing emotional distress or a mental health crisis, just as a physical first aider, I act as a vital first point of contact to offer non-judgemental support and signposting, alongside essential suicidal prevention training.
