About me

Choosing the right therapist is important, and therefore, being transparent is fundamental to my practice. I offer structured Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) in a supportive, non-judgemental space where you can feel heard and understood. I work with clients experiencing a range of difficulties including anxiety, depression, stress, relationship issues, low self-esteem, and specialise in working with survivors of sexual abuse. Together, we explore what’s been keeping you stuck and develop practical tools to help you feel more in control, build resilience, and move towards a life that feels more manageable and hopeful.

By using evidence-based interventions, sessions focus on building awareness by exploring the links between thoughts, feelings and emotions, by introducing practical tools, and creating personalised strategies that can be applied in everyday life to support lasting change.

Reaching out can feel difficult, especially when things feel overwhelming. You don’t have to figure it all out alone. A warm, supportive space is here to help you make sense of what you’re experiencing and begin moving towards a place that feels more manageable and hopeful.
