About me
It doesn't matter if you can't figure out what's wrong. If you are having trouble feeling content, not feeling yourself, or you're experiencing known issues like anxiety, depression, perimenopause/menopause symptoms, relationship problems, or struggling to manage neurodiversity symptoms, counselling may help to make life more comfortable. As an integrative psychotherapist with over a decade of experience, I am trained in several theories, so that your counselling experience is designed to cater to your individual needs. Talking to a person outside outside of your family and friendship circle can help you to work through and make decisions about your worries, without concern you might upset someone or be judged for your thoughts and feelings.
I adopt a warm, honest and respectful approach to my work, your confidentiality is of paramount importance. We will work together to build a professional relationship in which you feel safe to share your concerns freely. As a member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS), I am bound by an ethical framework for good practice.
