I am a Registered Member of the BACP, experienced in working with a range of issues such as relationship struggles, bereavement, sexuality, identity, anxiety, and depression. My approach is integrative; incorporating different approaches depending on the best fit for the individual, and may involve exploration of the physical and spiritual impact, as well as the emotional.
Before undertaking therapy training I worked in a number of corporate roles in Central London and Hertfordshire and so work with a first-hand understanding of the stresses and strains of modern working life. Whatever is on your mind, I would be delighted to provide a non-judgmental space for you to explore and process.
I am currently studying for a Masters Degree in Psychotherapy at Regent's University.
