Caroline Plumer MBACP, PGDip
Hi, I'm Caroline, I am an experienced therapist and Registered member of the BACP.
I have experience in working with a range of issues such as relationship struggles, bereavement, sexuality, identity, anxiety, and depression. My approach is integrative; incorporating different approaches depending on the best fit for the individual, and may involve exploration of the physical and spiritual impact, as well as the emotional.
Whilst there is still an unnecessary stigma attached to therapy, there is nothing wiser or braver than investing in your mental health, just as you would your physical health.
Whatever is on your mind, I would be delighted to provide a non-judgmental space for you to explore and process. I offer a free telephone assessment, so please do call.
