About me

I am a qualified person-centred counsellor and holistic healing practitioner, offering an integrative, compassionate approach to therapy that honours the whole person - mind, body, emotions, and spirit. Alongside my counselling training, I am also qualified in Reiki and Sound Healing, and I work in a way that recognises healing as something deeply relational, embodied, and personal.

My journey into this work has been shaped as much by my own lived experience as by formal training. Through my own healing process, I came to understand how transformative it can be to be seen, heard truly, and met with compassion - particularly in the places that once felt unsafe, misunderstood, or unseen. This knowing lives at the heart of my practice.

I integrate person-centred counselling with inner child work and Compassionate Inquiry, supporting clients to explore their inner world with curiosity rather than judgement. Many of our present-day patterns, emotions, and struggles are rooted in earlier experiences, and that healing unfolds when these parts of us are met with safety, presence, and kindness. There is no rushing, fixing, or forcing - only a deep respect for your pace and your process.

My work is grounded in a holistic and spiritual understanding of healing. There is profound value in integrating counselling and coaching with body-based and energetic approaches. Reiki and Sound Healing can support regulation, grounding, and reconnection, especially for those who sense that healing needs to happen beyond words alone.

Everything I offer in my practice is something I have personally experienced and deeply trust. I do not work from theory alone, but from an embodied understanding of what it means to heal, soften, and reconnect with oneself. I see my role not as an authority over you, but as someone who walks alongside you - creating a safe, attuned space where your own inner wisdom, resilience, and truth can emerge.

I am drawn to working with people who seek depth, authenticity, and a more integrated approach to healing. If you are longing to be met as a whole person, and to feel deeply seen and understood - emotionally, physically, and spiritually - you may find this work resonates with you.

To provide the most consistent and effective support, I offer counselling sessions weekly or fortnightly. This schedule helps maintain continuity, allowing us to work steadily towards your goals and ensuring each session is meaningful.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
